What I Cook in Our Airstream | Salmon Salad with Four Ingredient Dressing

Here’s one of the most popular Airstream questions I get… “What do you eat?!” As some of you know from reading my book, we have some dietary restrictions that enable Brian to live a healthy and full life. Mainly, we all try to avoid gluten. So how are we feeding a family of five in a tiny kitchen while maintaining our dietary restrictions? I’m glad you asked!

Ever since heading out on our Airstream adventure, we’ve been doing a lot of hiking. Why Harvest Hosts is Our Full-Time Travel Secret Weapon

In the past few months we’ve been living in our Airstream, we’ve discovered a thing or two about full-time travel. Zimmerman Family Airstream: Hot Springs, Arkansas | Vlog Ep. 2

I’m so excited to share our first destination— Hot Springs, Arkansas! I’ve lived in Arkansas my entire life, most of it in Conway, which is just 90 miles from Hot Springs. Since we’re familiar with the area and it isn’t too far from home, Hot Springs was the perfect first location. We were doing everything for the first time, from hitching our Airstream to our truck to navigating some wide left turns with a 30 foot trailer, to stocking our kitchen. It was nice to know that if anything went really wrong, we were close to familiar places and people who could help.
