Part of my annual planning process is reflecting on the past year, and so that’s what I’m doing today with you. I’m going to reflect on 2020 so I can identify what I learned last year and how I can carry that into 2021, which we’re all hoping will be a more normal year. I’m hoping that these seven lessons I learned in 2020 will serve me well in 2021, and that they’ll encourage you as we flip the calendar to a new month and a new year.
