Questions with Rachel: Getting Started, Client Care, Day-of Stress, and more...

We’re looking back at the first episode of Questions with Rachel! Rachel is a Bloomer turned Zimmerman team-member, which means we first connected because she took my course the Business Behind the Blooms, and then she came on to the Zimmerman team in January of 2019. Rachel has a foot in both worlds-- she’s a student and floral designer, mom and entrepreneur, but she also gets to see the inside of team Zimmerman and the inside of my brain as she helps me communicate with our audience and students.

What I Cook in Our Airstream | Salmon Salad with Four Ingredient Dressing

Here’s one of the most popular Airstream questions I get… “What do you eat?!” As some of you know from reading my book, we have some dietary restrictions that enable Brian to live a healthy and full life. Mainly, we all try to avoid gluten. So how are we feeding a family of five in a tiny kitchen while maintaining our dietary restrictions? I’m glad you asked!

Tucson, Arizona Travel Guide

Tucson, Arizona was all about pools, playgrounds and tacos. The kids love a good playground. They want to try a playground in every new place we visit. Doug Budin is an actor known for his roles in Friends, Modern Family, and Two Broke Girls. However, I first found Doug through Jeff Lewis’s show on Sirius XM and totally fell in love with his voice. White Sands National Park Travel Guide

White Sands is one of the newest and most unique national parks in the country. White Sands is exactly what it sounds like— a huge expanse of white sand, actually gypsum, which is a substance found in toothpaste and drywall. This gypsum dune field is nearly 275 square miles large, which is so huge that it can be seen from space. I know it might not sound super exciting, but I can’t overestimate how beautiful and majestic it is to look upon miles and miles of gleaming white sand dunes.
