What did you think of yesterday’s training? It was so fun to sit down with all of you and talk through what’s been working in your personal lives this year.
Today, we’re focusing on what didn’t go so well. I know, I know! It doesn’t sound super fun to talk about, but it will be!
Here’s the truth. If you don’t take a few minutes to look at what didn’t go so well last year, you’re going to do the same exact things this coming year!
I’d take five minutes of discomfort now over an entire year of it in the future!
