The Freedom of Time
As I dropped off Stella at school this morning she said, “Mommy, will you please come eat lunch with me today at school?”
This. This right here is the very reason I went into business for myself.
Because I never want to ask anyone else permission for how I spend my time. I looked right at my daughter and said, “I’ll be here. See you in a few hours.”
It’s moments like this morning and just now at lunch that make the past eight years of hard work and commitment worth it.
