Where to Find a Wintertime Beach Adventure in Arizona | Vlog Ep. 18
Even before we started full-time traveling, my kids were always on the hunt for a beach day.
Keep in mind we lived in rural Arkansas. Beaches were not easy to find.
You might not think our luck would have been much better… in Arizona… in the dead of winter.
That’s where Lake Powell comes in.
Lake Powell is a stunning lake surrounded by classic vermilion rocky outcroppings. My kids had the best time playing on the shores of the lake, and Brian and I enjoyed snuggling on the shore while the kids entertained themselves.
Whether you’re there to splash in the shallows, camp on the beach, or adventure deeper into the crystal clear waters, Lake Powell has something for everyone!
