Full Moon in Capricorn

Capricorn is represented by the Sea Goat. Mountain goats are famous for being able to stand on the side of mountains and cliffs, surefooted and strong. The Sea Goat is similar, capable of navigating any emotional landscape with confidence and ease.

Capricorn brings grit and determination, which will help you honor your soul’s truth, even in testing times. (Fun fact: my Venus is in Capricorn, meaning the way my personal astrological makeup interacts with the cosmic calendar gives me a strong emphasis on stability and deep appreciation of relationships.)

This Full Moon is about balancing our commitment to our career and family, our determination and our relationships.

You might feel like something is building up inside of you, like you have more energy for your work pursuits and more emotion fueling your relationships.

Don’t resist! During the two weeks following this Full Moon, the energy of the cosmos will demand for you to let it out. You’ll discover what this means for you, but for now, you can’t sit on your feelings or hold back your passions. You need to express them!

As your raw emotions feel closer to the surface, be aware that you may not be the most filtered version of yourself. Use that insight into your raw emotions to put yourself back in the driver’s seat of your life, making your intuition your ruling authority, instead of the thoughts and opinions of others.

As you come into alignment with your emotions and passions in your personal and professional life, there are two big questions to ask yourself:

1. How do YOU (not society) define success?

2. What obstacles are you putting in the way of that success?

You will want to pause, acknowledge, and work with this dynamic energy. As you hone in on your own truth about how to define success, you’ll see more clearly how your personal and professional spheres can be unified, instead of working against each other.
