Our Last Utah National Park Adventure

Our sunset hike at Capitol Reef National Park closed out our tour of Utah parks.

Winter might not be everyone’s favorite time of year to visit Utah national parks, but we loved it. Walking through miles of red soil and snow drifts was the perfect way to spend the colder months of the year.

We celebrated our last Utah park (there are loads!) by hiking at sunset, which Stella confirmed was really beautiful. She actually goes on about how pretty the view was for a while in the video, and watching it back, it was reminded how thankful I am for the chance to have this adventure together and to be spending winter sunsets hiking outside instead of sitting in rush hour traffic or even waiting for karate lessons to end.

This season of life isn’t forever, but it has been so good to us and for us. Even when the unexpected happens, like a little Airstream accident that Brian hints at in this video, and we’ll talk more about next week!
