My Top 5 Ulta Beauty Products

This past week has included a lot of time with my face in front of the camera as I launched my course, The Business Behind the Blooms.

And although I have been pretty bare-faced for most of quarantine, I actually put on makeup everyday last week.

And as always, when I wear a full face of makeup on Instagram instead of a bare face and my Christmas PJ’s, I always get asked what makeup I use.

So today, I’m finally answering your questions and sharing my top five favorite Ulta beauty products!

Shape Tape Concealer

This concealer just can’t be beat. It’s a cult favorite, and there’s good reason. I love how bright and illuminated shape tape makes my under-eyes look, especially when I need to look awake and alert in videos and I have three young kids in my house 24/7. I wear shade fair.

Setting Powder

This setting powder is super-fine and keeps my makeup from moving around during the day. I can have a training at 9am and an Instagram Live at 6pm, and I’ll still look like I have a fresh face!

Black Mascara

Okay, enter my obsession with KKW beauty. This black mascara is super dark and, to quote Elle Woods, lifts and separates. The beautiful packaging is just the cherry on top!

Under-eye Brightening Powder

Okay, have you ever seen photos of celebrities from the ‘90’s where they have huge rings of blinding white powder under their eyes in their red carpet photos because their powder had terrible flashback? Look up “celebrity flashback fails” if you don’t know what I mean.

This powder gives you brightness and sets your under-eye concealer without giving you terrible flashback. Love!

Eyebrow Pencil

I’m a survivor of the 1990’s fashion trends, which means that I have basically no eyebrows. Turns out, eyebrows are pretty important! I reinforce mine with this pencil and spoolie combo in brunette, and after a few swipes, I have eyebrows again!

Anytime I put makeup on, this is what I’m using!

Until recently, when a line from Kim Kardashian caught my attention and I added a whole new bundle of products for when I need full glam.

Check back next week to see what KKW products I’m obsessed with!
